About Shohreh

Shohreh Pirouznia is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario. She is the founder and Clinical Director of Adora Bright Child & Youth Development Centre, a multidisciplinary therapy centre in Richmond Hill.

Over more than 13 years she has worked with a wide range of children, youth and families, helping them overcome barriers, reach their goals and take part fully in their communities. Her work spans early intervention, school-age readiness, teen independence and transition planning.

Shohreh’s approach is holistic. She blends Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) with strategies from occupational therapy (OT) and speech-language pathology (SLP), so each child receives individualized care that looks at communication, regulation, daily living and social development together, not in isolation.

She also mentors and trains behaviour analysts, therapists and other professionals, and she keeps her practice current through ongoing workshops, conferences, courses and continuing education in behaviour analysis, autism and developmental disabilities.

  • Ethical, evidence-based ABA
  • Multidisciplinary collaboration
