At Adora Bright Pediatric Therapy Services, teen programs focus on strengthening life skills, executive functioning, social confidence, and real-world independence through structured coaching and practical learning experiences.
Adora Bright is a registered Ontario Autism Program (OAP) approved service provider, meaning eligible families may be able to access funding for services including ABA therapy, speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, and independence-focused programs. Our multidisciplinary team works with adolescents to develop practical strategies that support self-advocacy, independence, and meaningful participation in everyday life.

ABA services at Adora Bright are eligible under the Ontario Autism Program (OAP) when accessed through approved funding plans.

Therapy may focus on:

Teen Development Programs
Independence and Life Skills Programs
In addition to individualized therapy services, Adora Bright offers structured teen programs that help adolescents practise independence, executive functioning, and social confidence in supportive small-group environments. Programs typically operate in small groups of 3–4 teens, allowing for individualized coaching while building peer interaction and collaboration.
This hands-on program uses building projects and practical activities to develop problem solving, planning, and real-world skills.
Activities may include:
- Building and creative construction projects
- Tool use and structured maker activities
- Collaborative problem solving
- Project planning and task completion
- Developing persistence and confidence through hands-on learning
Hands-on projects help teens develop executive functioning, teamwork, and confidence while learning practical skills.
